What Is Alma Opus & How It Works

The Alma Opus is a skin resurfacing device that uses fractional plasma energy to create targeted areas of trauma in the skin and stimulate a wound-healing response, which in turn yields an improvement in skin tone and texture. The device is a micro-ablative, fractional skin resurfacing technology that treats many skin concerns such as skin texture, wrinkles, scars, hooded eyelids, and stretch marks, only tiny portions of the skin is treated in order to control tissue damage and minimize healing time. The metal pins of the device are charged with radiofrequency energy, which reacts with atmospheric pressure in order to create the alma opus plasma. The plasma works more superficially, while the radiofrequency energy creates heat in the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and ultimately helping tighten the skin.

We Provide

How Many Sessions Are Required Before You See The Results And What To Expect?

You can’t stop the natural process of aging, but you can look great by treating yourself with this amazing treatment! You will start to see effects after just one treatment, the best outcomes come from a course of 2-3 treatments tailored to each individual depending on what the desired outcome is. The treatment has long lasting results but to maintain the amazing effects, additional top up sessions might be required in the future.

The results to expect are insane such as the skin becomes tighter and more plumped, the wrinkles are minimized or entirely gone, if treating scars, they are less visible and the skin overall has an even texture, helps with pigmentation and much more.

Is There Recovery and Downtime?

Opus Plasma treatments require less recovery time than other skin laser procedures since less irritation is created during the operation. Radio-frequency radiation heats the collagen receptors in the deep dermal levels while the plasma works to reduce the rate of inflammation.

Collagen helps to replenish and maintain the skin’s radiance and vitality. It is the primary defence against lines and wrinkles.

Our ability to produce collagen, however, rapidly declines with age but after an Alma Opus Plasma therapy the energizing heat from the radio-frequency radiation stimulates our dormant collagen receptors, creating a new supply of collagen.

You might notice a tiny bit of redness or swelling on or nearby the treated areas throughout the following 24 to 48 hours which is entirely normal.
